Our Dakin Four-Zone Multi-Split System Heating and AC System installed in February of this year has brought us absolute comfort to our Floating Home, near Troutdale, and significant energy savings. This quite efficient system also brings us something we never had: air conditioning. Our energy costs previously were over $25 per month in the winter and over $150 per month in the summer months with no AC Cooling.

Our new Navien condensing 98% water heater is an important part of our savings. The tank-less System provides clean, fresh and continuous hot water using about $13 of natural gas per month.
