Extremely knowledgeable technician
My technician was Corey Redfern, and he was extremely knowledgeable and checked all the boxes while diagnosing my problem. I have been having the same issue with my unit since we bought our house. The other company, who also installed the unit 10 years ago and is no longer in business, only went with the easy fix prior without fully checking the unit out, and because it was still under warranty at the time, only did the minimum necessary to "fix" it. Steven Olson came out in the summer and added freon because it was low and put dye in to check for leaks and said to check it in the fall. Corey came out to do a recheck and found no leaks, but it was still freezing up. He figured out that a sensor was bad. Replaced it, and it is now working like it is supposed to. I will definitely use Gresham Heating for all my future repair needs.
